I had a thought the other day, which is that you can buy water chestnut
flour in chinese supermarkets. So I wondered how paleo water chestnuts
are, would they be acceptable (perhaps in small quantities) on a paleo
diet, and would water chestnut flour be ok (also perhaps in small
quantities?) I am aware that they are tubers, but they don't seem very
starchy.

We are having a chinese later, so I'm going to eat some paleo or not :)

Ashley
