Strangely, one thing I have found since starting paleo, and going
through more and less strict phases of it, is that leafy greens upset my
digestion.  They are about the only food that does upset it, in fact.  I
can tolerate small amounts of greens on an occasional basis, but if I
eat much of them I get distended abdomen and discomfort.  I have no idea
why.
