It's not in the top seven foods that cause food reactions. They account
for something like 85 -90% of the reactions people experience.

Also in a previous post when I wrote IgA reaction I meant IgE -- it's
the more immediate allergic reaction to food -- like your throat
swelling up so you can't breathe kind of reaction or hives or something.
