I was eating bread for eighteen years and never had any symptoms. As I said,
the only change in my diet that I can think of is was the addition of beer;
but that gluten idea is interesting.

I often wonder when someone has overt symptoms that clear up when a certain
food element is removed from their diet if there are other more sublime
covert effects, of that food, on a person's health?
