I am concerned by the Omega 6/3 ratio in most of them, and I am
suspicious of the freshness of the raw nuts. Occasionally I have gotten
a bag of nuts which taste rancid, and it's a nuisance to return them.
Then after that, I don't feel like buying them for a while. And the
ones I like best are the priciest. Another factor is that if I eat a
few for a snack, I have to spend time cleaning my teeth, more than if I
just ate a banana, for instance.
That said, I enjoy good ones when they are around.
