Hi.  Thanks for the link to the blood glucose article.  The article mentions
ALA, which I have been told is only useful in the "R" version; I haven't
been able to find it yet as a vitamin and don't know what foods it is in.

The article also mentions "vanadium."  I am not familiar w/ vanadium.  Does
anyone know of any foods that contain it?
