Dear Listmates -
I have no financial interest in Trader Joe's (although I appreciate the
fact their prices save me money):
I was in Trader Joe's today, and noticed the Savory Thins Minis (miniature
round rice crackers) are on their gluten-free food list.

I bought a bag ($1.79 here) and sprinkled some on top of the Greek salad
I made for supper - when I was ready to serve it.

They are crisp and delicious, and made a great low-cost substitute for
croutons! I can even take a zip-lock bag of these along when we eat out!
