Hi again. For those with kids with CD/DH, what bread do you use for sandwiches...since we have heard that Deland is contaminated. Yes, I could try to make my own, but I am the mom of four kids, one with autism, and one with speech delays, and two who play ball, etc., and I am very busy...not much time for making homemade bread. If I HAVE to I will, but don't prefer to. What about making a sandwich with a waffle? Are Vans Waffles safe? They seem soft, at least when warm. They say they are gf, but are they also contaminated? If they are safe, I could use two plain waffles and put peanut butter between...just a thought.
Thanks,
Trina
