I've never used a mix, only a frozen GF crust: -www.chebe.com. It is very
thin, it tasted very good. My husband, son, and best friend (all non-celiacs)
all thought the crust was very good. I bought this crust until I also went
dairy-free.

It has dairy in it; since I've gone dairy free, I haven't used Chebe frozen
crust. But, I understand their mix can be made dairy free. If I ever see it
in a store, I will definitely buy it. chebe bread mix makes the best crust
i've found after 8 years of searching

I can tell you one that I didn't like and that was the Chebe brand pizza mix.
I used it this weekend and pre-baked it according to the directions, then
added the toppings and baked again. The crust is so hard, it is almost inedible.
The flavor is OK and perhaps adjusting the pre-baking time is needed. I'll be
interested in hearing any other comments that you receive regarding the Chebe
pizza crust mix.

I use Gluten Free Pantry's French Bread and Pizza crust mix. I will make 3
pizza crusts. I bake them for five minutes and freeze to be used one at the
time when ever I need pizza. Add your own toppings and eat too much. Have a good

Chebe pizza mix (chebe.com) is my favorite Find any bread mix and use it. If
it is for a machine you just ignore that part. You can make more then one and
freeze the extra if you do not want to make one as large as the mix would
make.

I make my own mixes which do not take long. Last night it took about the
same time to make mine from my homemade mix as it would have if I had to open a
box. I did not have to drive to get it either.

Someone e-mailed a pizza crust using a flat corn tortilla. I tried it over
the weekend and its really good. The whole family liked it. I like it better
than the crusts I bought.

chebe has a good crust mix, however I usually use the premade crusts from
kinnickinnik. We like those the best. use the Chebe pizza mix. www.chebe.com

Kinnikinnick's maka a mix from scratch - store it in poetions....and you have
a good mix...

PIZZA CRUST - GF
2 cups water
¼ cup olive oil
1 ½ teaspoons cider or rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons garlic salt
2 teaspoons xanthan gum
2 cups Beechnut baby rice cereal
2 cups rice flour

I've tried 3 or 4. My favorite is Cause You're Special. It makes a thin and
crispy crust. I haven't done one for awhile, but I remember that you half
bake it alone, then take it out and put on the toppings for the finish bake. I
did some for the first bake, topped them, cut them in half and froze them for
a supply of frozen pizza. It worked well.

The best pizza crusts I have had are not from scratch or a mix, They are made
by Foods By George. He sells them in packages of 3 individual crusts per
package for $5. Well worth it. I buy them and store in the freezer. Yummy. He
also sells delicious English muffins. His number is 201.612.9700. He is
located in Mahawah NJ. When my family has pizza I just pull a crust from the
freezer bake it 4 or 5 minutes and then proceed as usual with all the topping
and bake.

Order them from Mr. Ritts bakery in Philly, especially the herb flavored
crusts. They freeze extremely well and are very good.

I use Chebe mix. They make a pizza crust mix (the same as the original, but
with spices for pizza), but I like to use the original mix and add my own
spices. Either way, the crust is great! Very simple to make, just add eggs,
water, oil, and cheese. Make sure you roll it out very flat, otherwise it gets
too "doughy."

You can get the mixes at many online stores, but I prefer to buy them in bulk
at www.chebe.com. I use them for many things, so I find it is easier to buy
a lot of the original mix and add spices as needed for pizza, breadsticks,
etc.

makes a great thin crust pizza, crispy or flexible according to how long you

As far as mixes, I like GF Pantry and Chebe, and for ready made I love Food
by George. Their little 3 in 1 crusts are good as long as put it in the oven
first then top then put it back in the oven. Natures Highlights has a brown
rice crust that we like too, different but yummy!
The Great Food Company has a terrific pizza crust mix. I use it and several
