Jell-O is a Kraft product and they will disclose any amount of gluten in
their product. For example, if the source of modified food starch or
natural
flavor is gluten it will say so in parenthesis.
Kraft's policy is to clearly label gluten-containing ingredients.
Jello is a Kraft product. Kraft clearly lists any gluten, so all you
have to do is read the ingredients.
