An reader has just let me know that while Smirnoff Ice may be a gluten
free beverage in Canada, it is NOT GLUTEN FREE IN THE US.

I looked at the product's website and it does differentiate between
Smirnoff Ice (a vodka based drink sold in several countries, although
Canada isn't listed there), and Smirnoff Ice (a malt beverage sold in the
US). I have a call in to their corporate office asking for clarification.
