This summary is on the Amy's enchilada dinner with pintos and Spanish rice. I received somewhere between 40 and 50 reply's to the question as to whether or not these dinners where indeed gluten free. My daughter has only had this one dinner since she is casein free as well as gluten free. About 3/4's of the responses were that they eat them with no problem. 1 person said they didn't like them, Their were about 5 that said they had problems with them and interestingly enough 1 person said that they used to eat them all the time with no problem but in the last few months they had been having stomach issues and thought maybe it was from these dinners. When I first started buying these a few months ago my daughter seem to do fine and here lately(now that I have stock-piled these dinners) she seemed to have a reaction to them. I know these dinners are not in a GF facility as a lot of Gf foods are not. Maybe that is why my daughter refuses to eat any cereals. And here's a thought for you all to ponder, maybe for some the Gluten needs to be even less than the standard.
