Dear Listmates -
I just heard from Phil Sack, Chief Cook and Bottle Washer for Ma Cohen's
herring. He says their products are made with triple distilled vinegar
and are
gluten-free. I ate a whole jar of the herring in wine sauce a few weeks
ago
(not in one sitting) and had no problem.
