Many, many thanks to those who responed (so quickly, too).  The replies were unanimous that their turkey is gf.  

One mentioned that Honeysuckle White also sells under local brand names and that after the appropriate checking you can save about 20 cents per pound!

Another person suggested having our butcher grind turkey breasts for us.

And someone pointed out that the gravy packet (sold with their turkeys) IS NOT gf.

I was able to buy the ground turkey today.  My son is allergic to pork and I did notice today that the Honeysuckle White turkey bratwurst ingredients included natural pork casing, so those are out for us.
