Hi Everyone,
Just want to let you know about the Gluten-Free Supper Club that will have its first dinner this Friday, January 28th from 6:30-8:30 PM at Wild Oats in Hinsdale. The first menu is Chili & Cornbread. The meal will feature a Turkey & Black Bean Chili Mole and Two-Bean Vegetarian Chili (that is also tomato free) and delicious cornbread. The meal is also dairy free (including casein) and soy free.
Future meals are planned and they include a Fried Chicken Dinner, Spaghetti Dinner and Pancake Breakfast.
