Hi.  My name is Ezra.  My wife is a diagnosed celiac and for a graduate paper I am doing a study on the perception of celiac disease in the United States compared to how it is perceived in other countries.

I am looking for any information and/or experiences any of you have be it in the US or any other country (or both).  In advance, thank you for your time and consideration and I look forward to hearing all of your replies!
