No, it is not.  There are about a dozen different flash memory
variations now - memory stick, memory stick pro, compact flash memory
card, compact flash pro memory card, SD (Secure Digital) picture card,
XD (extreme digital) picture card, smartmedia, multimedia card, are
some of them.  Some are backward compatible, some are not (a memory
stick pro may not work in an older camera for example).
You should check with the PDA manufacturer to see the specs for memory
stick - it may only accept up to 128MB or 256MB, although larger are
now available, it may or may not accept a memory stick pro. Memory
Stick is a Sony design.
