Everyone,

thanks for all of the help, but I finally found Accessibility Options on
Windows XP Home.

Johnnie Apple Seed was the one who gets the credit of heading me down the
right path, but a few others were close, including myself.  the problem is
that when I originally installed the system, I must have done a custom
install, and Accessibility Options / Accessibility Wizard wasn't
installed.  Even though I tried to use Add/Remove Software from the
control Panel, that wasn't doing the trick.  I finally ran something like
Install Additional Windows components from my Windows XP Home CD, selected
Accessories and Utilities and Accessibility Wizard.  Once that was
installed, Accessibility Options showed up in my control Panel and
Accessibility Wizard showed up in Start -> Programs -> Accessories ->
Accessibility.  Thanks to everyone who wrote in and offered their advice!
