I might have an apple or two, maybe a banana, a cherry tomato or two,
300 grams of blueberries (love those things), sometimes an orange or
avocado. Pretty average day includes three or more of these.

  I also grow several berries in my garden so in season I eat several
handfulls of those every day. I also buy whatever fruit is on sale, so
sometimes others. Plus whatever starchy veggies I eat, sweet potatoes,
carrots etc.

This week the mulberries and wild cherries are ripe, so a few of those.

Not particularly low carb by the standards of this list, but still low
carb compared to most people, I think.
