You are probably right.  I forgot that somebody, was it Rhonda, asked about
the British socialized medical services?  I can't recall now.  But the
answer is basically this.  About half of your income is collected as taxes.
Doctors work for the government.  This is supposed to provide good health
care services for everybody.  It doesn't work.  Canada found this out, too.
It looks good on paper but the medical services are very poor over all.
