I don't mean public assistance, Kathy. I mean say there was a burst pipe in
the neighborhood and no water, they'll bring in a water truck so people will
have fresh water to drink, etc. I know it's a private home but if enough
folks in the neighborhood had the same problem of frozen pipes as must have
happened in such severe weather I'd think they would have had some kind of
help from the town. Glad to know it's a moot point now, but is there a way
of preventing it from happening again?
