We've talked about Botox, but it seems to work best, and to be most cost effective, when there are a small number or a smaller area of muscles involved. For Janet's neck muscles it'd probably be useful, but for her arms and legs, it probably wouldn't either be enough, or would cost too much in effective doses. I'm also unsure about the effects of that much toxin on the rest of her body.
