       I have searched Goggle and found that coffee came to Martinique from
France. For a while Martinique dominated coffee production in the Western
hemisphere and then it was in Brazil. I guess getting coffee from these places was
cheaper than getting tea from India as Kat''s grandad asserted. You can read
