I'm no expert here by any means, but I will e-mail you privately with some
examples of traffic messages that I had to generate for the ARRL EC Level I.
Communications course I took earlier this Summer.  The messages are in MS
Word Format.

The form I made up seems to work for me, but I'm sure you can adapt it any
way you want as long as the basic message format is used.

So, look for the private e-mail, since I don't think it will fit on the
list.
