Hello to all.
Thanks much to all of you who responded to my inquiry about the menu
read-outs of the ts2000. I think this is the transceiver I will select,
based on what I have heard and seen.
Walt, could you tell us a little more about the computer program you speak
of here, what its purpose and functions include, how to get it and where one
obtains the cable. Although I have not closely examined the rig, I suspect
this cable terminates on one end with one of the din plugs that fit into the
transceiver, the other end yet a mystery, a usb connector, serial 9-pin? Any
info you could provide will be helpful.
Again, many thanks to everyone. Your comments are greatly appreciated since
I feel almost as a neophyte, coming back into ham radio after a decade of
absence.
Cheers.
Jerry, v e 3 q s o
