Hello again folks.

Forgive me for pestering everyone in my haste to get re-acquainted with
equipment.

Having received no comments about auditory meter read-out devices, I am
curious about how one now checks for s w r, and how folks now manage with
antenna couplers for long wire antennas, balanced line feeders etc. Also,
without auditory equipment like that I used to build for such purposes, how
do hams adjust linear amplifiers with pi outputs, for example.

A last question, at least for the moment: what might be the best and most
ruggedly-built solid state linear amplifier out there?

Again, thanks for everyone's patience and assistance.
