They're made by Cushcraft, not sure how tunable they are I think they are
somewhat. I know a lot of people that have them, but I don't, though they
are good antennas from what I'm told I just have a kind of low profile set
up and stick with what I have for antennas because I don't like changing
things around in that department, I don't think you could go wrong with that
line though.
