Hi Brent, only the FCC could give the code waver, but
5 wpm was never waved, only the higher speeds. For the
tapes, go to your favorite search engine and put in
Gordon West, or wb6noa, you're bound to find out how
to acquire his material, I used his tapes when I
studied for my general in 88 and I'm sure he's still
cranking them out, correct me if I'm wrong guys.
