Yeah, but look at how long it took them to finally bring that guy to
justice, and he isn't in jail yet. It took interference with other services
before he was finally caught. At one time, his equipment would have been
confiscated on the spot, and he would have been arrested.
It's just like Howard Stern. Infinity Broadcasting has been fined literally
millions of dollars for his show's content, but it is still on the air
uninhibited. There was a time when any station carrying him or syndicate
sponsoring his show would have been disenfranchised. Nowadays, if it
happens at all, it takes years and lots of inconvenience before even the
minimum is ever done. The FCC has been bought and paid for by Clear
Channel, Infinity, minority groups and such who only want to promote their
own selfish agendas.
