I don't know if East Cars and west Cars are still nets on 40 meters but they
used to be very popular.  I think out here we even had a Mid Cars.  So, on
one of the local repeaters, where you could be yourself at times, we had a
Sunday morning net on that two meter repeaters which we called Lid Cars.
Man, did it ever live up to it's name, too.
