I had a similar problem recently and went to the Soyo
WEB site. They had great troubleshooting instructions.
They did not quite describe my beep(s) the way I would have,
but they did help me resolve the problem...
I remember seeing your symptoms there. (But did not click
on those links...)  Their instructions "might" help you...
