Hello,
I`m on the diet for a couple of months now, lost about 18kg and am feeling
very vital.
My biggest question is about the amount of protein to eat every day. I
need about 100-120 gram a day and I don`t know how to eat that amount of
protein especially don`t eat meat.
I was thinking of using protein supplement to help.
Wondering what you people think of this question and is their more written
about this subject?
