conference 26 years ago, perhaps already well-known to List members:
Native Americans gained a good deal of nutrients from the ashes of
cooking fires as well as from the minerals picked up from the processing
of the food on metates.

I hope this is a paleo-enough question. Mercola recommends
ceramic-coated
cookware but doesn't list brands. Le Creuset is porcelain enameled cast
iron, I think, though it's usually described as just enameled. Is this
what Mercola is talking about? Thanks.
