Jim,
I agree with you about keeping a healthy minimum of fat in the diet,
but why saturated fat? I am not overly concerned with the
saturated/unsaturated ratio but the omega3/6 ratio (ie I am happy to
eat, say, belly pork and coconut, but I like to eat a lot of oily fish,
omega-3 rich eggs etc to balance it). I didn't realise there was
anything inherently good about saturated fats (that is one of those
statements that only sounds normal on a paleo diet group!)
