The downfall of the SAD is processed ( manufactured) foods such as cereals,
confections, bread, pastry, all unnatural grain products, dairy products, soft
drinks and processed meats such as cold cuts, sausage, hot dogs, ham, bacon
etc. Even if humans ate UNPROCESSED foods which were Paleo and non-Paleo
their health would be greatly improved. The secret is to eat what is provided for
us by nature and stop trying to be so smart. I doubt if the human race as a
whole is ready yet for that type of philosophy. JerrySteg
