Me no understand. Click no work :)

I clicked the link and got to a page with "Mayo Clinic Proceedings" at the
top. Clicked again on the article link and got the same page. Tried opening
in a new window, and the same page came up. Tried to "download" and open,
and the same thing. How is one supposed to view this PDF? I see the
extension says PDF, but Acrobat doesn't seem to recognize it?
