I don't think they do...  I think Medicare and Medicaid will cover the cost
of battery replacements, but not chargers, unless you get a new powerchair.
I could be wrong on this one though.  If you'd like, go to
http://www.wheelchairjunkie.com and ask them there. They probably will know
a lot more than I do...

Friends, 

 

I have a question, do you know if Medicaid covers accessory items like
wheelchair battery/communication device chargers, in case they would get
damaged or something?  I would think replacements would be covered.
