I'd agree with him: "I think some domains of operation in life may just
fall outside the capabilities of some disabilities -- an example would be
driving a car or flying a plane." but disagree strongly that web content
is one of those "domains of operation in life [that] may just fall outside
the capabilities of some disabilities". For discriptions of graphics he
should write down what he would say to someone if he needed to provide a
description of the graphic images by phone."
