The Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act was sent to the
President on Friday, July 23.

The President has 10 days (excluding Sundays) from receipt of the bill
to sign it, or raise objections.  If he does
neither, the bill automatically becomes law after the 10 days expire.
