Authentic wild rice does not contain wheat (I'm from Minnesota and have been
eating it for years with no problems).  I also buy it up there or order it
from native american owned company..  The following company sells and ships hand
harvested wild rice:

They have two types:  regular and light green (I believe that's what they
call it - I much prefer the regular - it's dark - the other is pale green.
