Molded gelatin salad is gluten and casein free.
I remember my Mom making it when I was a kid.
This recipe tastes great and the kids love it!
1 (3 oz) box flavored gelatin
add to 1/2 cup boiling water,
stir well to dissolve gelatin
Add 1 cup crushed and not drained canned pineapple,
1 cup graded or finely chopped carrots
1 cup graded or finely chopped cabbage
Mix then pour into mold or a bowl and
refrigerate 2-3 hrs or overnight.
Does anyone have a recipe using only knox unflavored gelatin?
I would like to use fruit concentrates instead of the already sugared
commercial flavored gelatins, but need an easy way to do it.
