Hello Everyone!


The University of Chicago Celiac Disease Program is taking pre-orders
for our celiac awareness bracelets, created by 13-year old Lindsay
Gordon. On one side, the bracelet will read CELIAC AWARENESS, and on the
other it will say GLUTEN-FREE IT'S THE WAY TO BE. 

 

The bracelets are a donation of $4 each, NO MINIMUM ORDER

They are the celiac disease awareness color: a medium green

Shipping and handling: 

 

1-10: $1

11- 30: $2.50

30-50: $4.00

More than 50: Call our offices at 773-702-7593

 

Credit cards accepted for orders over $25, and can be taken on the
phone, call 773-702-7593. We accept Visa and Master Card.
