Here is a quick and easy way to create your own caramel dip. Take a can
of "Carnation Sweetened Condensed Milk" (gluten-free per several posts)and
remove label. Put can in a kettle of water (submerged)and bring to boil.
Then simmer for 3 hours. You can mix the caramel with chopped pecans or
walnuts, if desired. Place in a small serving bowl with apple wedges on a
