Does anyone know exactly what I need to do to take in some GF food (sealed bread, crackers and pasta) to Australia? Is a letter from my doctor confirming that, as clinically diagnosed coeliacs, I and my son need these items enough or do I have to contact Australian Customs authorities in advance? (I know I will have to declare them at Sydney airport.)
I know GF products are available in Oz but as we are we're only going for 3 weeks I don't want to spend a lot of time shopping for GF products (other than snacks and biscuits) when I and my son have prescription ones free (that we know we like).
