I contacted both Clif Bar and Powerbar regarding their sport gels. Clif
bar said the gels do not contain gluten, but the brown rice syrup was made
on the same lines as wheat products and Powerbar did mention the gels to
be gluten free but their bars were not.

Anyone safely use these products?

Thanks in advance, I will summarize!

Carrie
