I was asked to provide a summary of the responses I received from my
request of Niagara Falls.  I have been remiss in not forwarding sooner,
but it was because I received very little information.  I have contacted
several restaurants myself and spoken to chefs but they are difficult to
get exact information from.  Though they all said they would help if I
came into the restaurant. (are they in sales too?)
