I heard back from one person who was able to contact someone from CAMP MASTERS the company that is making the boy scout popcorn this year.  It appears that the microwave varieties are GF.  There wasn't a clear answer on the prepopped tins containing the caramel, chocolate etc flavors so I think that I will just stick with the microwavable varieties.
