The National Starch and Adhesive Company does make glue for all applications,
not just envelopes.  Even the Envelope Manufacturers Association whom I
called first said all the adhesives are the same in the US  The lady at the
Association also knew what celiac was and said she has a medical background.  They
gave me the name and number of the National Starch and Adhesive Co. to contact.
