I was recently in the Minneapolis and stayed with my son in St. Bonifavious.
We ate at Nancys Landing a restaurant located on Lake Waconia.  The chef
(french) was very accommodating - I had broiled walleye with fresh lemon - garlic
mashed potatoes and sauteed fresh vegetables.  It's a really nice restaurant
and has a deck over the lake where one can eat when weather permits.  Their
