I was reading in the archives that asking a restaurant to cook food in tin foil is a good protection
to guard against cross contamination.

I also recalling reading somewhere that there is something unhealthy about cooking food in tin
foil but couldn't find anything on it.

Does anyone know about the hazards of cooking in tin foil?

Thanks
